Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat customers.

Present menus and answer questions about them.

Set up tables with linens, glasses, and silverware.

Inform customers of specials, upsell where possible.

Take and relay orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages; check cleanliness of dishes.

Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.

Process bills and collect payments.

Follow food safety and health regulations.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE qualification.

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
