Are you passionate about travel and customer service? Insight Tours & Travels is looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to manage bookings, coordinate travel plans, and deliver top-notch service to our clients.

• Make flight bookings, issue tickets, process cancellations, and handle refunds.
• Coordinate complete travel packages, including hotels, tours, and visa support.
• Advise clients on destinations, visa needs, customs, weather, and check-in tips.
• Handle client complaints, itinerary changes, and travel issues promptly.
• Attend travel seminars to keep up with trends in the travel industry.
• Maintain digital records of clients securely and professionally.
• Negotiate and customize services to meet client needs.

• BSc or HND (minimum 2:2) in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Travel or Tours Consultant.
• Proficient in Galileo GDS; Amadeus and Sabre are an advantage.
• Strong client network in local and international travel markets.
• Excellent communication (written & spoken), sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office tools.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
