🎯 Role Overview

As our next Social Media Manager, you’ll own the development and execution of compelling social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, all from the comfort of your remote setup.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Design & implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Create, edit, and schedule daily posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Grow and nurture community through proactive engagement and conversation.
  • Track KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions); prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, toolkits, and platform algorithms.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams for cohesive storytelling.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Skilled in Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
  • Analytical mindset, use data to iterate and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communicator with flair for storytelling & brand voice.
  • Self‑motivated, organized with attention to deadlines and detail.
