Vantegral Consulting is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with excellent content creation skills. You’ll help shape our digital presence and position our brand as a top voice in the HR and recruitment space.
📌 Responsibilities
- Plan and execute impactful social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create and schedule content (text, graphics, videos, infographics).
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to promote job openings and employer branding.
- Engage followers and manage social communities.
- Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Track analytics, adjust strategies, and stay ahead of trends.
🧠 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in social media (preferably HR/recruitment).
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social ad platforms.
- Strong copywriting, video editing, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite).
