Location: Ikoyi, Lagos | Full-Time | ₦200K–₦300K Monthly
A top-tier luxury beauty studio in Ikoyi is looking for a Salon Admin Manager & Social Media Supervisor to join their team! If you have hands-on experience in the beauty salon industry and are ready for a long-term role in a premium setting, this could be for you.
Salary Progression:
₦200K on resumption
₦250K after 3 months
₦300K after 6 months
Age Requirement: 28+
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee daily salon operations and staff performance
Manage appointments, petty cash, and expense tracking
Recruit, train, and supervise team members
Handle client relations and ensure 90%+ retention rate
Monitor inventory and maintain hygiene standards
Manage the salon’s social media: create content, engage followers, and run campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, HR, or related fields
2–3 years of post-NYSC managerial experience in a beauty studio or personal care industry
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Social media management experience is a strong advantage
Must live close to Ikoyi
