📌 Job Overview
We are hiring dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Officers to promote our products, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. Ideal candidates must be passionate about sales and marketing with great communication skills.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales via direct and indirect channels
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Identify new market opportunities and acquire clients
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Report regularly on sales performance and market trends
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience
- Experience in fragrance, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Digital marketing and CRM tools knowledge is an advantage
💰 Remuneration Package
- Base Salary: ₦450,000/month
- Performance Bonus: Attractive commission based on targets
