Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and experienced in ICT solutions sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client relationships.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Propose tailored solutions based on client needs and budgets.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to deal closure and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of ICT sales or key account management experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT services (Juniper, Cisco, VMware, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
