Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage facility budgets including maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
- Oversee external contractors (cleaning, landscaping, security, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to long-term facility planning and sustainability goals.
- Supervise facility staff and conduct training.
- Communicate clearly with occupants and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate facility records.
- Implement and promote sustainable practices.
- Manage maintenance, repairs, plumbing, HVAC, and renovations.
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5–8 years of experience.
- Strong background in real estate management.
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 / month
