Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to build and maintain robust data pipelines, integrate data sources, and support data governance efforts. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, consistent data infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage scalable data pipelines and integration flows.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve data warehouse systems and data marts.
  • Perform performance tuning and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and build required datasets.
  • Diagnose and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
  • Document processes and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Certification: Google Professional Data Engineer or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
  • Skilled in SQL, Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server.
  • Strong grasp of data warehousing architecture (MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, DM, ED).
